The show will return to London as a full-sensory experience allowing audiences to be part of the performance. Directed by Simon Phillips, this production also marks the celebration of the original film’s 30 years since its first launch.
Go Weeeeeeeest! Or better, central – because the most glamorous trio in the Australian desert is bound to return to the London scene! Put on your lipstick and get on your heels, as the countdown begins for Priscilla, The Party to land at the heart of Soho. Today, producers have announced the official opening dates for this new adaptation of the worldwide stage hit – featuring an immersive atmosphere that not only will bring audiences the opportunity to sing along its glittering score, but also dance and even choose to enjoy a three-course dinner throughout the performance.

Presented at the exciting HERE @ Outernet venue in Denmark Street in the heart of Soho, this ultimate celebration of Priscilla’s coming of age will bring everyone together with simply the best in feel-good entertainment!”

With book by Stephan Elliott and Allan Scott, the show serves also as a celebration of the film’s 30 years since its original release. With a repertoire encompassing some of the greatest pop and LGBT anthems in the last decades (Hotstuff, It’s Raining Men, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Finally and I Will Survive, among many others), the piece tells the story of three friends embarking on a trip throughout the country – soon to find out that this will mark the most transforming journey of their own lives. With the cast to be announced in due time, the production is backed by Randall A. Buck, Patrick Bywalski, Rod Gunner in association with Nullarbor Productions and Blue Stage Entertainment in association with MGM on Stage.
